You are responsible to reviewing these terms and conditions regularly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pricing <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refund for cancelling a VORT exam within 7 working days of the scheduled test date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If cancelling the VORT exam outside of the 7 working days, AUD 100 will be deducted from the total fee as a cancellation fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lesson Booking and Payment: Payment for one lesson is required after confirming the lesson time through a screenshot confirmation by both parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation Policy: To cancel a booked lesson, please notify at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours\u2019 notice will not be eligible for a refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driving Proof Requirement: Students must bring valid driving proof for the lessons. Those with a Chinese driving license need the original license and its translation. Those who have passed the theory test must bring a temporary license. Students with a learner\u2019s permit must carry their learner\u2019s plate or a government-registered electronic license. In accordance with the Child Safety (Prohibited Persons) Act 2016, I hold a current, not prohibited Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the Screening Unit of the Department of Human Services which permits me to work with children and young people in South Australia and I will renew&nbsp;this every 5 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Training<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To maintain my knowledge regarding child safe environments&nbsp;I:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>have read and understand the Mandatory reporting information booklet available&nbsp;at<a href=\"https:\/\/dhs.sa.gov.au\/__data\/assets\/pdf_file\/0003\/103179\/CSE-Mandatory-notification-information-booklet.PDF\">https:\/\/dhs.sa.gov.au\/__data\/assets\/pdf_file\/0003\/103179\/CSE-Mandatory-notification-information-booklet.PDF<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reporting and responding to harm or risk of&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>harm<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I aim to ensure that children and young people are safe from harm and risk of harm. Section 17 of the&nbsp;Safety&nbsp;Act&nbsp;defines&nbsp;\u2018harm\u2019&nbsp;to&nbsp;mean&nbsp;physical&nbsp;or&nbsp;psychological&nbsp;harm&nbsp;(whether&nbsp;caused&nbsp;by&nbsp;an&nbsp;act&nbsp;or omission), including harm caused by sexual, physical, mental or emotional abuse or neglect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am a mandated reporter under Section 30 of the Children and Young People (Safety) Act 2017. I understand my legal obligation to report direct to the Child Abuse Report Line (CARL) on 13 14 78 as soon as practicable if I have a suspicion that a child or young person has been harmed or may&nbsp;be at risk of harm. If the child or young person is at immediate risk, I will report to South Australia Police (SAPOL) on 000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Information&nbsp;about&nbsp;making&nbsp;appropriate&nbsp;reports&nbsp;of&nbsp;harm&nbsp;or&nbsp;risk&nbsp;of&nbsp;harm&nbsp;is&nbsp;available&nbsp;from&nbsp;the&nbsp;South Australian Department for Child Protection website:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.childprotection.sa.gov.au\/reporting-child-abuse\">https:\/\/www.childprotection.sa.gov.au\/reporting-child-abuse<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&nbsp;will&nbsp;be&nbsp;guided&nbsp;by&nbsp;the&nbsp;Department&nbsp;for&nbsp;Child&nbsp;Protection&nbsp;and\/or&nbsp;SAPOL&nbsp;after&nbsp;making&nbsp;a&nbsp;report. Following a report to CARL or SAPOL I will support the child or young person by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>referring the child, young person or their family to other appropriate services if required, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>continuing\u00a0to\u00a0provide\u00a0a\u00a0service\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0child,\u00a0young\u00a0person\u00a0and\u00a0their\u00a0family\u00a0and\u00a0monitor\u00a0their\u00a0circumstances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I&nbsp;will&nbsp;document&nbsp;all&nbsp;information&nbsp;received&nbsp;regarding&nbsp;the&nbsp;report&nbsp;and&nbsp;store&nbsp;this&nbsp;securely&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;separate&nbsp;file.&nbsp;<strong>Reporting and responding to general complaints or feedback<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Providing opportunities for complaints and feedback ensures that children, young people and their parents\/guardians feel valued and respected and enables me to improve the quality of my service. Children, young people and their families are informed that they can provide feedback or make a
